Oh this life,
My bones ache with the stress We lavish in our freedom, nice cars and enslaved debt While the rest of the world Dreams... They dream of what we've got Life in America... so stereotypically ideal It seems "If I could only wrap my children into the crevice of my chest Wait in agony for years for the embassies to finally tell me 'Yes' Make enough money, Prove I am not a risk, Anything, I will do it Just to take care of them. I will risk, whatever it takes If they tell me no, I will find a boat This regime is killing me We have got to go before my children know to resist is to fight and to fight can mean death. America we need you, Save us from our fatal destiny!" .... So Welcome, You made it... Finally Congratulations and sorry for the lack of hospitality Here's a cheeseburger though Would you like fries with that? Maybe a side of racism? For here? Or to go? 'America The land of the free Freedom and equality For all to receive.' 'But your religion, you see , that has got to go you must know, Our forefathers founded this nation on the notion of "One Nation, Under God." But the "liberty and justice for all," We draw the line at your mosque, your place to worship, Our identity will be lost with that kind of corruption. But jump in, We encourage consumption, overpriced education and the nine-to-five compromise of the family values your used to. Join the association, Here, you've got to work hard if your going to make it You may have been a lawyer where you come from But you hardly meet our standards here, Take the bar again. There is no use in arguing, America is The best country in the world, Full of opportunity! Try one of our finest universities Your kids will receive all they need to fit in to society. $60, $80, $100k...they can be anything they want to be! A businessman... A teacher... An architect.. What about a slave? Did you come here for that? You thought you left oppression, imprisonment and injustice But when the prison walls of loans, pressure and debt cave in and you can't see Behind the tall beams of slavery Lying to you by night, telling you you're free Haunting you by day, telling you you'll never succeed And you want to scream And shout Maybe turn to Mohammad But wait, that's abomination here, Suddenly, you can't see clear "Why did I even come here???" And your Arab children are wondering why no one accepts them Their foreign skin and strange scarfs Just don't seem to fit in around here. Here, in America, The land of the free, Where is the justice? It is not here So, what is the answer? Go home, join the fight? Rise up? Maybe something like... ISIS?
